The Ava standard lamp from Diyas will bring crystal sparkle to any room. Totally portable, this standard lamp will enhance all of

Delivery

Any claims relating to defects, quality issues, or delivery shortages must be reported to us by email within 3 days of receipt. Claims raised after this period may result in replacements being chargeable.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account at lights2go.co.uk and submit your return request through your order history. You will receive a returns form by email — please complete this, enclose it inside the outer box, and wait for authorisation from our team before sending the item back.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and unwired
- Items must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging with all components included (instructions, fixing brackets, connector blocks, screws, etc.)
- Return postage is at the customer's expense — we recommend using a tracked service
- The original product packaging must not be defaced in any way — returns received in damaged packaging cannot be refunded
- Items must be returned in an outer box with adequate additional packaging
