To initiate a return, please log in to your account at lights2go.co.uk and submit your return request through your order history. You will receive a returns form by email — please complete this, enclose it inside the outer box, and wait for authorisation from our team before sending the item back.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and unwired
- Items must be returned in their original, unmarked packaging with all components included (instructions, fixing brackets, connector blocks, screws, etc.)
- Return postage is at the customer's expense — we recommend using a tracked service
- The original product packaging must not be defaced in any way — returns received in damaged packaging cannot be refunded
- Items must be returned in an outer box with adequate additional packaging

- Single items with a value over £750 are subject to a 20% restocking charge if returned
- Returns reported after the 14-day period (from dispatch) will be eligible for an exchange or credit note only
