All of our products have a 14 day, no quibble money back guarantree. The fixture must not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original, unmarked packaging with the lamps it was provided with.

Any damages must be reported to our Sales Office either via email or telephone within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier, DPD, at our expense.

Any items to be returned due to unsuitable must be returned at the expense of the customer, by registered means.
