Delivery Information
Buying online means that while you save on the cost, you will have to have the item delivered. However, with Lights2Go, we strive to get you the item you purchased as soon as possible.
Each purchase from our website is bound by the following terms and clauses:
- 1. Items in stock will be dispatched the day following order and standard delivery is 2/3 days
- 2. Any claim based on any defect in quality or condition of the products must be notified to us within 3 days of delivery.
- 3. Free delivery is offered on all UK Mainland orders.
- 4. Risk of damage to or loss of the product shall pass to you at the time of delivery.
- 5. If no delivery address is specified consignments will automatically be sent to the billing address.
- 6. Very occasionally items will be out of stock, in such cases you will be informed and given the choice of waiting or cancelling your order
- 7. Standard delivery does not apply to Highlands and Islands, please call or email for a delivery quotation
